In a place where time stopped
a couple of hundred years ago, the cultural and historic interests
occupy a pre-eminent position. We find ourselves in one of the
richest areas in the world as far as artistic and cultural interests
are concerned. The most famous Romanic architecture, the most
elaborated gothic monuments, Baroque sculpture which has made this
area world famous, with its Easter Holy Week, its religious
statues for Easter Holy Week processions, its churches steeped in art,
all of this combined with one of the archaeological sites with most
potential in the region, make the project much more than an educational
and tourist project.
